屁股大和屁股小到底哪个比较健康,其实目前没有准确的研究。虽然屁股大确实有一定的好处,但若是肥胖引起的,那好坏就很难说了。
所以,咱们不能一位的追求“屁股大”,而是要从身体整体上出发,适当的控制体脂率,让身体更健康,大家记住了吗?
