5、香菇和瑶柱泡好以后都捞出来,香菇切片,瑶柱撕小块儿;
6、泡完香菇的水里面加一勺淀粉拌匀备用;
7、蛋黄熟了以后关火取出,荷叶也捞出来过凉水,降温以后对半剪开沥干水分备用;
8、起锅热油,下蒜末爆香,先把鸡肉加进来翻炒,鸡肉变色后把香菇和瑶柱都加进来,翻炒两分钟后再把香菇水倒进来,盖上盖子小火焖煮收汁;
