Construction of RCGPEL Middle Section Starts
CPP Won Five Sub-sections
On July 4, construction of the middle section of the Russia-China Gas Pipeline East Line (RCGPEL) Project (Changling-Yongqing) was kicked off in Faku County, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. Zhang Wei, General Manager of CNPC and Deputy Secretary of CNPC Party Group, commanded a comprehensive start-up order for the project. The middle section of the pipeline is divided into 10 sub-sections, and CPP has won 5 of them with a total length of 487.5 kilometers. The scope of work also covers engineering, communication and part of the procurement.

7月4日，中俄东线天然气管道工程中段(长岭-永清)工程全面开工建设推进会在辽宁省沈阳市法库县召开。集团公司总经理、党组副*张伟下达工程全面启动指令。中段工程线路划分为10个标段，管道局中标5个标段，管线全长487.5公里，并承担全线设计、通信工程及部分采办任务。

CPP NGCP Pipelines Project Exceeded One Million Safe Man-hours
On July 2, CPP North Gas Compressor Plants (NGCP) Pipelines Project in Harald and Hawiyah area received a letter from the client confirming that its safe work time has exceeded 1 million man-hours. The NGCP project is a Saudi Aramco project located in its Harald and Hawiyah gas fields.

7月2日，管道局沙特哈拉德及哈维亚地区北部压气站管道(NGCP)项目部收到业主信函，确认安全生产突破100万工时。NGCP项目位于沙特哈拉德及哈维亚天然气田区域，隶属于沙特阿美公司。

CPP’s First British Standard Shield Segment Accepted
On June 26, CPP Design Institute's first batch of extra small radium shield tunnel segment based on British design standards was tested in Shenzhen plant and passed the acceptance inspection.
The segment can curve in a radius as small as 80 meters, and accommodate corrosive environment as seawater and site sewage. It is optimized and adjusted based on the traditional segment design, considering the conditions of construction, transportation, stacking and full water operation. Its cement, gravel, additives and steel bars are all selected in accordance with the British Standard, and the design results have passed multiple rounds of supervision by the Korean consultancy. The first batch of 300 ring segments has been shipped to Sri Lanka and will be used in the first shield tunnel in Sri Lanka.
管道设计院首个英标设计盾构管片通过验收
6月26日，管道设计院首个基于英国设计标准的极小曲率排水盾构隧道管片在深圳厂区完成试验，通过验收。
管片能够适用最小80米曲率的隧道转弯，以及海水、现场污水腐蚀环境，在传统管片设计上大量优化调整，考虑了施工、运输、堆放和满水运行等工况，其水泥、砂石骨料、添加剂、钢筋全部按照英标选取，设计成果通过了韩国监理的多轮审查。目前第一批300环管片已经装船运往斯里兰卡，将用于斯里兰卡境内第一座盾构隧道。
