Subject Overview
神经科学专业主要研究大脑及其对行为和认知功能的影响，对神经科学的认识。不断提高对大脑的了解，科学家就能研究出治疗神经退行性疾病（如帕金森氏症和阿尔茨海默氏病）和精神疾病的办法。
UCL神经科学专业隶属于其生命科学学院，该学院结合了伦敦大学学院在生物学和临床医学等学科领域的资源优势，在相关课题的研究与教学活动中不断取得新突破。同时，该院还是其所在领域中规模最大、最久负盛名的科研聚合体之一，以拥有尖端的教学和研究成果而享誉全球。
The subject of neuroscience mainly studies the brain and its influence on behaviour and cognitive function, and the understanding of neuroscience. By continuously improving the understanding of the brain, sciences can develop treatments for neurodegenerative diseases (such as Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease) as well as mental illnesses.
The subject of neuroscience in UCL belongs to the School of Life and Medical Sciences. The School brings together the resource advantages that University College London possesses in the fields of biology, clinical medicine and other related disciplines; and continuously makes new breakthroughs in terms of research and teaching in these areas. At the same time, the School is also one of the largest and most prestigious scientific research aggregates in its field, and is known across the world for its cutting-edge teaching and research outcomes.
