鸡蛋不翻是一种特色小吃，形状像个碗一样，在制作的过程中不用翻而得名。白色的这个是底，用山药做的。然后上面会再打一个鸡蛋，放到特制的模具里面，再烤出来，刷点酱调味，很适合做早餐。
Jidanbufan is a traditional snack whichlooks like a bowl. “Jidan” means an egg. “Bufan” means that the cooking procedureis with no turning around action. The white part is the bottom of the food thatis made of Chinese yams. Then an egg will be put on the white part in a tailor-madepot to be roasted. Then, some source will be put on the roasted snack when youcan enjoy it. This snack is very suitable for breakfast.
