most of 后面跟接人称代词时，因为of是介词，所以介词of的后面跟代词作介词of的宾语时，代词必须要用宾格形式.例句：

2.Most of them will go to the cinema.
他们中的大多数人将去看电影。
介词的后面除跟宾格代词外，还可以跟名词或者动名词作宾语。
1.Petet does well in chemistry.
2.Lucy takes an active part in playing basketball.
Most of them have already leart the poem by heart.
