在参加面试时，自我介绍肯定是个不可避免的问题。那么，到底要怎样介绍自己呢？这里面可是有大学问的。
首先，要避免两个雷区：1. 放弃对问题的主动回答权 2. 介绍过于私人化。
1. 主动权拱手相让首先，当你听到“老掉牙”的问题：Tell me something about yourself.（谈谈你自己）的时候，要把主动权牢牢掌握在自己手中。
不要偷懒或者耍小聪明反问回去：
WhAt do you want to know about me?
你想知道些什么呢？
那样，会给面试者留下不好的印象，对方很有可能觉得你准备不足。
2. 回答过于私人化当面试官让你“谈谈”自己的时候，他们可不是和你随便拉家常，所以回答不要太私人化哦。
The interviewer doesn't want to know about your hobbies, your family, or even your favorite TV show.
面试官并不想知道你的爱好、家庭或者你最喜欢的电视剧。
要知道，面试官那可是阅人无数的“人精”，他们一定是想从你的自我介绍中提取出有价值的信息的，从而判断你是否适合本公司。所以：
➤ The interviewer is interested in understanding whether you can do the job.
面试官感兴趣的是你能否胜任这份工作。
➤ Whether or not you would fit into the team or culture of the organization.
你能不能融入团队，适应公司文化。
➤ What you have accomplished in the past.
你以前取得过哪些成就。
➤ How you can help their organization.
你会怎样来帮助公司发展。
不过，一定要简洁精炼，不要背简历，也不要事无巨细，碎碎念个没完。
Keep your statements brief. Your answer to this question should be around two to three minutes.介绍要简洁，回答控制在2-3分钟内。
还有，一定要提前做功课，毕竟知己知彼，方能百战不殆。
You have to show that you know a lot about the company, the job description and the role you are applying for.你得展示自己对公司、对工作描述及你应聘的岗位有很多了解。
下面就是完美自我介绍“四步曲”，步步为营，助你一臂之力。

着重说自己取得过的最大成就。

Show that you have drive, energy and motivation, especially through your tone and how you say things.

Address that you can add value and are agreat fit for the organization.
强调自己可以为公司带来价值，能很好地融入公司。

第一步：谈谈自己的教育背景和经历。I recently completed my MBA from South University, where I led 150 other peers as the class president, and implemented the campus’s first recycling program.
最近，我完成了MBA学习，从南部大学毕业。曾任150人班级班长，并开展了校园第一个回收项目。
第二步 第三步：强调自己之前的成就，并充分展示自己的热情和能量。Last summer I interned at San City Corporation, where I developed the holiday sales and marketing strategy that helped lead the company to the largest growth in sales they had ever experienced. I really enjoyed that experience.
去年夏天，我在 San City 公司实习，期间我开发了假日销售市场策略，为公司带来创建以来最大的销售增长。我真的很享受这段经历。
同样的表达你也可以用：
In my senior year I also participated in an internship at... and stayed there for...
在我大四的时候在...的实习并且在那儿待了... At 后面接你参加实习的公司，For 后面接一段时间，表明你在那儿实习了多长时间。比如“我大四的时候在新东方实习了三个月”：In my senior year I also participated in an internship at New Oriental School and stayed there for 3 months. 当然了不一定要说大四，也可以说暑期，寒假等等，时间随你换。
第四步：展现自己对该岗位的兴趣，强调可以为公司带来的价值。I'm very interested in this opportunity with Solar Media because of my passion for green energy and delivering sustainable growth in sales.
我对绿色能源和销售方面实现可持续增长有着极大的热情，所以非常有兴趣应聘Solar Media的这个职位。
当然，还有更接地气的表达，比如：
I believe I have the knowledge and skills needed to do well in the... field. I hope I'll have a chance to get to know you and work with you in the future.
我相信我具备在某领域的知识和技能，我希望在未来我能有进一步了解大家和跟大家一起工作的机会。
