only在什么情况下会引起句子倒装呢？
一般来说，only引导的状语位于句首时，会引起句子出现部分倒装。
那什么是部分倒装呢？
将谓语的部分(如be,助动词：do,does,did,have,has,had ...情态动词:can,could,will,would,must,may,should ...)放于主语之前的倒装句语序叫部分倒装。
only引导的状语位于句首主要有以下三种情况：
1）“only 副词”位于句首时
I realized that I was wrong only then
→Only then did I realize that I was wrong.
只有到了那时我才意识到是我错了。
2）“only 介词短语”位于句首时
You can succeed only by working hard.
→ Only by working hard can you succeed.
只有努力工作你才能成功。
He can find his girlfriend only in the reading room
→Only in the reading room can he find his girlfriend.
只有在阅览室他才能找到他女朋友。
3）“only 状语从句”位于句首时
I knew the truth only when I got there
→Only when I got there did I know the truth.
只有到那里时我才知道事情的真相。
They made a decision only after they had discussed the matter
→Only after they had discussed the matter did they make a decision.
只有在他们讨论完这个问题后，他们才做出决定。
