胸12、腰1椎体楔形改变，腰1椎体上缘凹凸不平，胸12-腰2椎体上缘不规整。
什么是休门氏病之所以叫休门氏病，是因为它是一个叫休门的丹麦医生首先报道的。这种病病因不是很明确，诊断也有一些争议，这个病比较少见，但确是青少年驼背（胸腰椎后凸畸形）伴腰疼的常见的病因。如果不处理，孩子的胸腰椎体楔形改变会越来越多，就会越来越驼背，总会有腰背痛。在这里跟大家解释一下，正常的椎体是近似于方形的，楔形改变就是椎体前面部分变扁了，如果很多椎体都有这种改变，就会出现驼背。当然了，椎体的压缩性骨折，也会有这种楔形改变

发现了休门氏病怎么办如果孩子发现得了休门氏病怎么办呢？其实这个病发展后治疗及时，一般预后良好。如果是脊柱后凸不大（驼背轻）可以保守治疗，主要是锻炼、理疗、佩戴支具等。如果是后凸程度很大，可能就要需要手术治疗。
小结休门氏病发生于男孩多一些，如果孩子有驼背还伴有腰疼，家长一定不要大意，去医院检查成本也不大，如果检查结果是正常的，家长也会放心，如果真有异常，及时的治疗干预，都会有一个好的结果。
