名词的分类——不可数名词
一、名词还可分为可数名词与不可数名词
2）不可数名词
指无法用准确的数字来说明数量的词。
比较常见的不可数名词是—些液体（饮料）、食品或调料类名词。不可数名词没有单数和复数之分。但在句子里出现时，用法更接近于单数。如：
The water is in the glass.水在杯子里。
There is some juice in the fridge.冰箱里有一些果汁。
对于不可数名词，我们也可以采用不同的方式来表示其数量：
①模糊性修饰
I want some tea, please.请给我来点茶。
There is a lot of rice in the bowl.碗里有很多米饭。
其他的模糊修饰语还有plenty of, much, a little, a bit of等。
②确切性的单位词
Here is a packet of salt.这里有•一包盐。
Can I have two bars of chocolate?我能吃两块巧克力吗？
相类似的还有 a bag of, a bottle of, a piece of 等。
学习小贴士：
不可数名词，顾名思义就是数不清的，所以表示液体的单词如water，tea，coffee，juice等都属于不可数。另外如hair，chocolate，salt，bread，paper等这种很难数清或是由于形状的变化就会导致数量的变化也是不可数名词的范畴。
要注意的是：不可数名词由于没有单复数，所以单词的前面不可能出现a/an，单词后也不会加s，但是可以用the，some或单位词来修饰，在用单位词时也会牵涉到单复数，但仅仅体现在单位词上。如：
There is a piece of bread on the table.
桌子上有一片面包。
There are two pieces of bread on the table.
桌子上有两片面包。
Please give me a bottle of milk.
请给我一瓶牛奶。
Please give me two bottles of milk.
请给我两瓶牛奶。
值得注意的是，不可数名词在问数量的时候，不可用how many，而是用how much。如：
How much milk did you have？你喝了多少牛奶。
How much water is there in the glass？杯里有多少水
