176、in front of, in the front of
一、in front of “在......的前面”。指在某个地方的外部前面。此时可以和表示空间位置时的before换用。例如：
There is a bus stop in front of the hall.房子前面有一个公共汽车站。
The tree in front of the cinema is an apple tree.电影院前面的树是一株苹果树。
There are three flagpoles in front of the company office building. 在公司办公楼前面有三根旗杆。
二、in the front of “在......的前面（部）”。是指在某一个地方的范围内的前面。例如：
Put the flowers in the front the hall. 把这些花摆在大厅里的前面位置。
The teacher usually stands in the front of the classroom.教师通常是站在教室的前部。
There are a few new cars in the front of the hall to sell. 有几辆新车在大厅的前部待售。
