又是一个端午节至，
The annual Dragon Boat Festival has come
粽子黏黏，红枣甜甜，
Zongzi is sticky, and red dates sweet
牵挂不止，思念不断。

希望二老好好保重身体。

When a rain falls, I hold the umbrella for myself
责任压力，自己去承担；

感谢自己的坚持和顽强，
Grateful to myself for my persistence and strong character
没有被困难打倒，
Without being knocked down by difficulties
