deliver，send，dispatch和convey是常考词汇，用法如下：
1. deliver强调将物品送到某一目的地，指某人自己送。主要指投递信件、包裹、货物等，常可与介词 to 连用。主要指投递信件、包裹、货物等，也可用于给某人警告。或交到某地，或直接交与某人，着重发送这一行为。
They delivered food to an isolated village.

2.send指通过他人或某种手段把某物、某人送到另一个地方去，或指“请别人交给”，一般不是自己去送。“ 送出；派遣，打发”；指发送或寄送某物，也指吩咐或安排某人去某地。 普通最常用词，含义广。指把人或物由一地送往另一地，而不涉及事物的内容或 送的方式。

3.dispatch（正式）指为某一特定的目的，派遣或送出某人或某物到某地，强调“紧急”。指“派遣、投送，发送”：

A group of doctors were dispatched to Africa to provide medical service.
一队医生被派往非洲提供医疗服务。
4. convey v. [正式]运送，输送
多指通过自然或人工形成的线路运送人、货物或输送能源等。
This train conveys both goods and passengers.
这趟列车客货均载。
Trucks convey coal from mines to various cities and towns.
卡车把煤从矿场运往各个城市和村镇。
This pipeline conveys natural gas to our city.
这条管道把天然气输送到我们的城市。
