不可以加单数
most of+复数名词，意为“大多数的……”。比如most of us就是我们大多数。most of后跟人称代词时,应用复数形式的人称代词宾格

因为most of意思是“大部分；大多数”，后面接可数名词时，应加可数名词的复数形式，谓语动词也要用复数形式。例如：Most of the students in our class are from the countryside. 我们班大部分学生来自农村。
顺便说一句，most of 后面也可以接不可数名词，谓语动词要用第三人称单数形式。例如：Most of the rice in the room is good. 屋子里大部分大米是好的。
