电焊机

简介:
电焊机由滤波电路,变压器,整流器,逆变器等组成。通过“滤波-整流-逆变-降压-整流”的过程,将工频电压转化成可供焊接的稳定直流电压。
工作原理:
1.电网上的工频电压经过滤波电路,和整流模块的处理后,变成直流电压。
2.再经过大功率开关元器件的交替开关作用后,你变成中频交流电压。
3.最后经过降压变压器,整流电路,和电抗滤波的处理后,成为波形平稳的直流电压。
固态继电器的作用:
1.控制执行装置的工作状态。
2.整流模块可以将交流电转化为直流电。
