（矢状缝早闭性舟状头）
人字缝早闭也可以造成斜头畸形，但是和体位性斜头畸形很好鉴别。
鸟瞰位，体位性斜头畸形可能是平行四边形，后脑勺扁平侧的前额是突起的，耳朵往前移。

人字缝早闭的斜头畸形是梯形的，后脑勺扁平侧的前额后缩，对侧前额突起，这一侧的耳朵是下移的。如果从后侧看，体位性斜头畸形是正常的，而颅缝早闭的斜头畸形是平行四边形的。
