【知识点】
中华全国工商业联合会成立于1953年，简称全国工商联，又称中国民间商会。工商联是中国共产党领导的以民营企业和民营经济人士为主体，具有统战性、经济性、民间性有机统一基本特征的人民团体和商会组织，是党和政府联系民营经济人士的桥梁纽带，是政府管理和服务民营经济的助手，是中国人民政治协商会议的重要组成部分。
2012年，党的十八大胜利召开。党中央高度重视民营经济发展、亲切关怀工商联工作，提出了一系列新思想、新观点、新论述、新要求。党的十九大报告指出，要“构建亲清新型政商关系，促进非公有制经济健康发展和非公有制经济人士健康成长”。党的二十大再次重申“两个毫不动摇”。2022年底召开的中央经济工作会议，提出从制度和法律上把对国企民企平等对待的要求落下来。2023年7月19日，《中共中央国务院关于促进民营经济发展壮大的意见》发布，从优化发展环境、加大政策支持、强化法治保障等7个方面部署31项支持措施。2023年9月12日发布的《2023中国民营企业500强调研分析报告》显示，我国民营企业尤其是大型民营企业，聚焦主业发展、重视科技创新，整体规模持续增长、产业结构不断优化、质量效益稳步提升，成为高质量发展的排头兵，彰显出民营经济强大的综合实力、创新活力和市场竞争力。

党中央始终坚持“两个毫不动摇”、“三个没有变”，始终把民营企业和民营企业家当作自己人。
