柠檬树这首歌曲，是由美国民歌组合：彼得、保罗与玛丽（Peter,Paul and Mary），在上世纪五、六十年代所灌录。
歌词内容讲述一位父亲教导孩子，面对爱情时，要保持清醒，不要光看外表，而不理内涵；因为爱情像柠檬树，外形漂亮，花也甜美，但是柠檬果实酸涩不能直接吃！寓意十分形象化。
