惟达 《双子座视角 》
一直以来小双和惟达都喜欢翻译一些好听的英语老歌，并整合学习点与大众分享，并希望让大家可以在欣赏好歌的同时，英语也能有所得着。原因是：学习一种语言，必须有一个环境能让你长时间浸淫其中，而听唱英文歌可以让你在任何时间、场地都可以进行，走在路上、在交通车上、在淋浴时、弄饭时等，都可以听歌和跟着唱--- 这就是一个学习、练习语言最好的环境！！经过长时间的浸淫后，在听和讲的能力上都会有提升。然后在听到一首新英文歌时，很自然也就能听明白歌词的内容。
把中文好歌翻译成英语，对一些英语基础一般的朋友，可能得着不多，但是相对一些有一定基础的朋友，可以更能理解写英文时的思考模式，从而加强写出的英文，更接近英美人士所习惯的表达方式。

这一首《沉默是金》是在1988年由张国荣作曲，许冠杰填词，并由他们两位合唱。那个年代刚好是香港歌坛史上，狂热的歌迷之争 --- “谭、张争霸”白热化的阶段，于彼时推出这首歌，对张国荣来说，是有着借歌明志的意义。
《沉默是金》是张国荣与许冠杰合作的经典作品，是一首传唱度很高的粤语名曲。这首歌由张国荣作曲，歌曲旋律是采用了古曲加上流行曲的元素，结合后听来很新鲜，古筝的运用也十分出彩。这首歌也体现了流行音乐的一大功能--- 就是对传统概念，进行重新整合与解释，对社会情绪进行新的总括。
许冠杰写的这首词，非常有哲理性，人生就应该“笑骂由人、洒脱地做人”；意思是，只要不是坏事、恶事，就不要太在意别人的闲言碎语，人生才能无所拘束，忠于自己，尽情发挥潜能，方能活得精彩。张国荣和许冠杰情深意切的配合，是难得不能遗忘的歌曲。
