服用维生素E
百利而无一害吗？
有的商家对老百姓，尤其是退休的老太爷老太婆宣传：药有副作用，但保健品，营养品是没有副作用的。
其实这是虚假的宣传。任何一种东西对人体来讲都是异物，都有可能对人体产生危害，即便是像维生素这样的营养元素服用过度，也可能对人体产生不利影响。
国外研究表明维生素E可能引起肿瘤性疾病、神经退行性疾病，甚至引起癌症进展。所以服用维生素E也要相当慎重。

哪些人群不适合外源性补充维生素E？
这里所讲的补充不是指通过食物摄取维生素E，而是补充人工合成的维生素E。
众所周知，维生素E是很强的抗氧化剂，主要通过抗氧化保护心血管。如果一个人体内过氧化应激的水平不高，大量补充外源性维生素E，尤其是和维生素C一起服用时，反而会对人体产生危害。
有人认为患心血管疾病的绝经期患者大量服用维生素E，可能会增加心血管疾病的死亡率。维生素K缺乏的患者或服用华法林的患者合并使用维生素E，可能增加引起出血风险，甚至导致脑出血，故不推荐使用。

小结
人体一般很少缺乏维生素E，服用常规剂量的维生素E对人体不会产生有害作用。
有维生素E不足的心血管疾病患者适量补充维生素E对心血管有保护作用，但不是所有的心血管疾病患者都适合服用维生素E。避免服用过量，尤其是和维生素C一起口服时，尤其要小心，以防产生毒性作用。
