1.共同点：a few, few 用来修饰可数名词。
2.不同点：
a few “有一些”“有几个”，表示肯定概念；
few “几乎没有”“没几个”，表示否定意义。
例如：
1.There are a few books on the desk。
桌子上有几本书。
2.There are few eggs in the frige.Will you please buy some for me ?
冰箱了没有多少鸡蛋了，你去给我买些好吗？
3.----Tom often plays alone.He has few friends.
----Yes,he is too shy to make friends.
