乙醇，俗称酒精
这是因为，目前多数头皮精华液的作用部位主要是发根，发根处于真皮至皮下组织，活性物一般较难抵达此位置，而乙醇能进一步促进其透皮吸收。
但乙醇对头皮有损伤、结痂、头痒头屑多的人群并不友好，建议谨慎使用。
