鼻咽肿瘤和鼻咽癌哪个严重,鼻咽部肿瘤一定是鼻咽癌吗?

对恶性肿瘤的治疗，一般本着“能切就先切干净”的原则，切不干净再加放疗、化疗甚至靶向治疗等手段。

但鼻咽癌比较特殊。由于鼻咽癌长的位置比较深，而且周围有很多重要的神经和血管，要想手术切除是基本上不可能的。

因此鼻咽癌首选的治疗手段是【放疗】。

对于中晚期的鼻咽癌，在放疗的同时需要联合应用化疗，同步放化疗将10年总生存率由50.5%提高到了58.7%。

鼻咽癌是少数可以达到临床治愈的癌症，一项病例研究显示，Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期和ⅣA/B期癌症患者5年的总生存率可以分别达到100%、94.3%、83.6%和70.5%[9]。

鼻咽癌是一种头颈部最常见的恶性肿瘤，但也是少数可以治愈的癌症，关键在于【早发现、早治疗】。

而通过鼻咽癌的众多高危因素，例如EB病毒感染、生活在南方高危地区、长期食用腌制食物、家族史、吸烟等等，我们就能对鼻咽癌进行预防、警惕、早期发现，并实现早期治疗。
