六、控制好基础疾病

哮喘、心脏病和糖尿病等慢性疾病会降低免疫力,增加感染风险。

有研究表明,当2型糖尿病患者无法控制血糖时,可能会出现慢性、低度炎症反应,降低身体的防御系统[7]

因此对于有基础疾病的患者,要做好慢病管理,在医生指导下进行长期治疗,不要擅自停药、加药。
