How are you everyone? Nice to meet you!
I’m Wangdong. I’m thirteen years old. Daming is my cousin. I come from China. The Great Wall is in the north of China. It’s very beautiful. It’s long and old. It’s more than twenty thousand kilometres long. It seems to be a soaring dragon from the spaceship. In my hometown, there is a saying that is “ He is a not true man who does not reach the Great Wall.” Welcom to visit the Great Wall. And do be a true man.
The most solemn festival is “The Spring Festival” in China. Chinese people say “ the Spring Festival is 过年”. The first month of the lunar calendar ,it’s”正月”. And the first day, people set off firecrackers. Worship to ancestors. People eat all kinds of exellent meal. Visit each other. The lantern Festival is very important for Chinese people. Looking the flowers lights, Chinese dancing, Looking dragon and lion dancing. That day is very lively and happy.
My mother often tells the young man must study hard. Almost everyone knows the famous Chinese saying: A young idler, an old beggar. Playing table tennis is my hobby. I wish that we can play table tennis together in the future.

写英文小日记真的是很锻炼人的事。把自己的想法用汉字表达出来已经很有意思了，如果能够用英文再翻译出来，那是相当有成就感的。我们在写的过程中遇到不懂的可以去查阅书本，到网络上寻找帮助，这是主动学习。老师经常说不是学生不聪明，而是没办法把学生的主观能动性发挥出来，我们都是推着学生学习，孩子们学得也很被动。

我是王东。我十三岁。大明是我的表哥。我是中国人。长城在中国的北方。它很美丽。历史悠久。超过两万公里长。从宇宙飞船上看，长城就像一条腾飞的龙。在我的家乡，有一句谚语说道：“不到长城非好汉。”欢迎到长城去看看，做一个真正的男子汉。
在中国，春节是最隆重的节日。中国人说春节为“过年”。农历第一个月是正月。第一天，人们放烟花鞭炮。祭拜祖先。人们吃各种美味食品。走亲访友。元宵节是非常重要的一个节日。看花灯、跳中国舞、看舞龙舞狮。那是非常热闹又开心的一天。
我妈妈经常告诉我，年轻人要努力学习。所周知，中国有句俗语：“少壮不努力，老大徒伤悲。”打乒乓球是我的爱好。我希望将来我们能够一起打乒乓球。
