在涉外工作环境中，通过电话用英语与客户交流是主要的沟通手段之一。这里给大家介绍一些小技巧。
1. 如何打电话：
先问候：Hello. / Good morning. / Good afternoon. 然后主动介绍自己的姓名和公司：This is (你的名字) from (公司名称).
想与谁通话(打电话的目的)：
MayⅠspeak to..., please?
询问接话是否方便：
Would this be a good time to talk?
对方如果方便，会说：
Sure. Now is a good time.
对方如果不方便，会说：
I'm in the middle of something ( a meeting ) .
2. 如何接电话：
接电话要说: This is ( 你的名字 / 公司名称 ) speaking. Can I help you?
如果询问对方是谁，可以说：
May l ask who's calling?
3. 如何挂电话：
暗示要挂电话了，应说：
It was great talking to you.
挂电话时说再见：
Bye / Talk soon / Take care.
4. 应注意的其他方面：
(1)代人接电话时可以说：
What name shall I give?
(2)若要离开去叫人，应跟对方说：
Hold on for a moment.
(3)如果要找的人不在，代接电话的人可说：
Sorry, he/she isn't in.
或 I'm afraid he/she is out.
(4)如果问对方是否要留言，可以说：
Would you like to leave a message?
(5)若对方打错电话，接电话的人可说：
Sorry，you've dialed the wrong number.
(6)如果打电话的人发现拨错号码，应说：
Sorry， I've diald the wrong number.
