5、缺血性坏死
这个可能大家就比较熟悉了，因为黑锅经常科普到！缺血性坏死主要发生在股骨头，当股骨头骨折或其他损伤中断股骨头血液供应时，非常容易发生。
它也可能由发育障碍（如先天性发育不良）和某些药物的使用引起，特别是激素类的药物（主要用于治疗哮喘、皮肤不适和肾脏病等）。
治疗过程可能很快见效，但症状也可能在几周或几年后再次出现。此病治疗的重点是通过药物和治疗预防进一步的股骨头骨质流失。
而在晚期病例中，通常需要外科手术，包括钻孔减压、骨移植、骨重塑和髋关节置换。
