医用弹力袜的保养因为很多穿弹力袜的人群需要进行溃疡护理或者涂抹皮肤保湿剂,这些液体会弄脏弹力袜并降低弹力袜的使用寿命。因此如果可能的话,尽量在每天穿过袜子后及时清洗。清洗的时候使用少量的温和洗涤剂在温水中清洗,尽量采用手洗的方法。弹力袜不建议使用机器烘干,因为加热会破坏弹性纤维,加速磨损。因此会推荐长期穿着弹力袜的人群购买两双用以换洗。
所有的织物的弹性都因为使时间过长和反复洗涤而下降。为了保持合适的压力,理想情况下,应该每6个月更换新的医用弹力袜。[35,36]
小结医用弹力袜穿着方便,是下肢静脉慢性疾病效果很好的非手术治疗方法。为了提高使用者的依从性和治疗效果,需要医生帮助使用者选择最合适的医用弹力袜并予以细致的穿着指导。
