across 介词/副词①（从一边到另一边）横过，穿过
例：Don’walk across the street when the light is red.
【辨析】across与through
二者都有“穿过”的意思
across表示横过，穿过，多指从一边到对面。例如过马路、河。
through表示经过、穿过、通过。指通过三维空间，周边有其他物体。例如穿过公园、森林、隧道、市中心。
We drove through the woods. 我们驾车经过森林。
