关于 help 的用法：
一、help 作动词，意为 “帮助，协助”
- help (sb.) with sth. 在某方面帮助（某人）

Tom often helps his sister with English.
汤姆经常在英语方面帮助妹妹。
- help sb. （to）do sth. 帮助某人做某事
to可以省略，sb.也可以省略
We help to clean the classroom.

- help （sb.）out 帮助某人摆脱困难
强调帮助摆脱困境，解决问题；

- help oneself 请自便/随便
If you want something to drink, help youself.
如果你想要喝点什么，请自便 。
help oneself to sth. 为某人/自己取用...；随便来点...
Come and help yourself to some apples.

- can't help doing sth. 情不自禁做...
When he heard the news, he couldn't help crying.

can't help to do sth. 不能帮助做某事

I can't help to do the homework for you.

二、help 可用作名词，常见的短语有：
