思维方式是看待事物的角度和方法，对人的言行起决定性作用。人生观、价值观体现在一个人的思维方式上，就是如何为人处世。只有正确的思维方式才能成就精彩人生。
The way of thinking is the angle and method of looking at things and plays a decisive role in people's word and action . The philosophy and values are embodied in a person's way of thinking, that is, how to deal with people. Only the correct way of thinking can make a wonderful life.
1. 保持真诚友善的本心Keep a sincere and friendly heart
真诚友善是人天生的善性。做人要真诚，待人要诚恳。要与人为善、和睦相处。这也是儿时父母和老师教给我们的最朴实的做人道理。
Sincerity and friendliness are innate goodness. Be sincere and treat others sincerely. We should live in harmony with others. This is also the plainest truth that our parents and teachers taught us in our childhood.
保持真诚友善的本心是做人的真谛。有了真诚友善之心，葆有童心般的纯洁，以诚恳和善意对待并感染身边的人，会给人踏实可靠的感觉，也会为自己赢得尊重和信任。
Maintaining sincerity and friendliness is the essence of life. Having a sincere and friendly heart, keeping childlike purity, treating and infecting people with sincerity and goodwill will give people a sense of reliability, and win respect and trust for ourselves.
保持真诚友善的本心，在工作中会专心致志干事业，在生活上会诚心诚意待人接物，使我们成为受欢迎的人，进而促进团队和谐、赢得认可和机遇。让我们始终保持真诚友善的本心。
Maintaining a sincere and friendly heart, devoting ourselves to our career in the work, treating people and things with sincerity, will make us popular and promote harmony between team members, win recognition and opportunities. Let's always keep a sincere and friendly heart.
2. 谦虚感恩豁达Modesty, gratitude and open-mindedness
自古以来，中华民族就崇尚谦虚律己、心存感恩、豁达处世的人生哲学。"虚心使人进步，骄傲使人落后"是我们从小就牢记的谆谆教导。
Since ancient times, our Chinese nation has advocated a philosophy of life that is modest, self-disciplined, grateful and open-minded. "Modesty makes people progress, pride makes people lag behind" is the earnest teaching that we remember from childhood.
谦虚的人让人感到亲切、可以信赖，而傲慢、爱摆架子的人，会让人感到厌恶、难以合作。试想，在讲究团队精神的现代社会里，如果没人愿意与我们合作，做事还能成功吗?
Humble people make us feel kind and trustworthy, while arrogant and airy people can make us feel disgusted and difficult to cooperate. So try to imagine, in a modern society that emphasizes team spirit, can we succeed without anyone willing to cooperate with us.
