to do不定式的用法之一：作后置定语。
[例句]
It is a difficult question to answer. 这是一个难以回答的问题。
好了，今天我们开始进入正题。
（一）all，both或every 否定谓语的用法（1）all 或 every 否定式谓语 构成部分否定
[例句]
All answers are not right. 并非所有答案都对。（= Not all answers are right. 或 Not every answer is right.）
试比较 All answers are right. 所有答案都对。
[例句]
I do not know all of them. 我并不认识他们中的每个人。
=（I do not know every one of them）
[注]使用all和every时，请注意单复数的变化。
（2）both 否定谓语 构成部分否定
[例句]
Both of the films are not wonderful. 这两部电影并非都很精彩。
十一假期，有空的话还是可以去看看《我和我的祖国》的。
（3）neither 肯定式谓语 构成全部否定
[例句]
Neither answer is right. 这两个答案都不对。
（4）either 否定谓语 构成全部否定
[例句]
Either of these words is not correct. 这两个词中任何一个都不正确。
【注意】both，either，neither词汇中都没有出现two的词，但都表示“两者...”。
①both (两者)都
②either (两者中)任意一个
③neither (两者)都不
如果要表达“三者”或以上，即今天刚提到的all。
（1）并非所有的条件我都接受。
（2）不是每个学生都懂得学好英语的重要性的。
（3）对那两个问题哪一个都没有简单的答案。
