I am sorry to tell you that I am not feeling well this morning.
很抱歉，我今天早上感觉很不舒服。
When I woke up, I felt dizzy and sick.
早上醒来后，我感到头晕恶心。
My mummy thought that I have got a cold.
我妈妈想也许是我得了感冒了。
My daddy took me a temperature, and it’s about 38℃.
爸爸给我量了体温，体温是38℃左右。
So I have to go to see a doctor.
所以我得去看医生。
I am afraid that I can’t have your English class this afternoon.
恐怕今天下午我不能上你的英语课了。
I ask you for leave here.
在这里，我想向你请个病假。
