How to Communicate Effectively
Ladies and gentlemen, today I want to talk about the importance of clear communication.
女士们，先生们，今天我想谈谈有效沟通的重要性。
Clear communication means being able to really hear what someone is saying.
有效沟通意味着能够真正听懂别人在讲什么。
You need to listen with your heart, not only your ears.
你需要用心而不仅仅是用耳朵来倾听。
Remember you have two ears but only one mouth. That means you should listen more and speak less.
记住，你有两只耳朵但是只有一张嘴，那就是说你应该多听少说。
Listening as well as speaking, it's absolutely necessary for clear communication.
听和说一样都是有效沟通绝对必须的手段。
Good communication is not as easy as it appears. it takes hard work and years of practice.
良好的沟通没有看起来那么容易，他需要艰苦的努力和多年的训练。
