1,先把干黄酱用凉水泻开,再放1/3的甜面酱,加1勺白糖,用筷子搅匀;
2,再把泡软的香菇处理干净,先切片再切指甲大的丁;
3,把猪肉肥瘦分开,再分别切成丁。锅里多加点植物油,烧热,倒入肥肉丁和姜末,中火煸炒,炒到肉丁微黄吐油;
4,再放入香菇丁,依然是中火煸炒,炒到香菇味道浓郁,变得油润;
