梦是记忆的加工厂
总结梦是什么?人为什么会做梦?
这一次我们将不再神秘地将梦看作是灵魂离开身体。
我们将知道梦只不过是一种正常的生理现象,梦只不过是大脑的无意识区域在特定情况下,将来自记忆库的信息流进行联想加工的产物。
梦并不是弗洛伊德说的来自潜意识的性冲动,它更像荣格说的一种保护机制。它是人们在日常劳累一天后,将所听所见,所思所想全部在脑内进行再加工的过程。
有时候它可能看起来来势汹汹,看起来很怪诞,但是它是我们的忠实朋友,既然是好朋友,又有何可惧怕的呢?
