同学们，大家好！今天继续我们的写作讲解，小作文部分多考察书信，但告示和备忘录也不可遗漏。今天来给大家重点讲解一下如何进行告示和备忘录的写作？
1.备忘录/报告的写作框架：
l 抬头
l 引言——2句……………………交代背景——表明事由
l 主体——3句……………………交代任务1，2
l 结尾——2句……………………任务要点——完成期限
大家需要注意的是，在备忘录的最开头需要写以下内容：
To: 收阅人（题目说明中有）
From：写信人（题目说明中有）
Date：写信时间（题目说明中有）
Subject：写信主题（题目说明中有）
下面就给大家一篇写好的备忘录，让同学们作为参考：
Directions:
You are the president of a company. Write a memo to Percy Shelley, the vice-presidenton the employee’s training on computer, telling him the need to train theemployees, detailed information, and ask him to write a plan.

Subject：Computer Training of the Staff
As we discussed earlier this week, I agree with you that our firmis faced up with problem of the high rate of computer illiteracy of the staff.We need to make up a plan for training our employees in the new field.
I would like you to design our own in-house computer-trainingprogram. We had better classify the employees and put them through the programin turn.
Write up a briefproposal, describing what you think the program should cover. Assume the classruns four hours a week for ten weeks. Also, assume people have no priorcomputer knowledge or any formal course work in computer science.

To improve students’ ability to speak Chinese and enrichafter-class activities, the Students’ Union of Department of Chinese Languageand Literature is organizing a school-wide Chinese-speaking contest at theStudents’ Auditorium on Saturday next week (26 January). Those who areinterested in taking part in it may sign up with the monitor of their classesbefore Tuesday next week. Five professors will be invited to be judges.
