🍴5. 取出冷藏的派皮,分成2等份,先将一份面团擀平擀圆(大小要超过派盘的底面大概2.5cm的样子),压入派盘里。然后用叉子在饼底叉若干小洞以防止烤的时候变形。

Divide dough into 2 equal parts. Roll out 1 part of dough into round 2.5cm larger all round than flan tin. Ease dough into tin to line evenly, trim edge even with rim. Use fork to prick pastry shell in many places to prevent puffing and shrinkage during baking.
