等肌肉得到充分休息之后,这些变化复原,肌肉收缩也会重新恢复平顺。恢复时间与肌肉的疲劳程度有关,不太累的话收缩停止就不抖了,如果非常累,可能第二天都会比平时容易抖。

锻炼的时候,发抖不是练得充分的标志。至于该不该停下来,如果抖的同时还能保证动作标准安全,可以继续坚持;但感觉动作即将变形,或可能造成危险的时候,需要及时停止。比如,平板支撑不容易失控受伤,要是一边抖一边还能保持身体在一条直线上、不塌腰撅屁股,那就继续坚持抖一会儿吧。
