Rubbish sorting has long been discussed but is not strictly carried on inmany cities. In my city, there are indeed two dustbins in every publicrubbish collecting place. One labeled “recyclable” and the other “unrecyclable”. But people don’t sort their domestic rubbish before throwingthem away. They just throw the whole bag of rubbish in any one of the bins.And the rubbish workers don’t care about it either. They just pour all binsof rubbish into one rubbish vehicle and drive away. The recyclable rubbishis always collected by many waste pickers. In my opinion, we’d betterseparate harmful rubbish from others, such as batteries. In fact, smallplastic bags are the biggest headache. They will give off harmful smokewhen burning. I think people should be require to pour their rubbish intothe bins and leave the plastic bags in another bin for special process.
