Lemon Butter Garlic Shrimp With Angel Hair Pasta
柠檬黄油蒜虾天使意面
Light, fresh, and delicious lemon garlic shrimp with angel hair pasta. An easy 20-minute dinner!
Ingredients：
12 ounce angel hair：12盎司的天使面
3 tablespoon butter：3汤匙黄油
3 cloves garlic, minced：3瓣大蒜, 剁碎
1 shallot, minced：1根葱，切碎
1 pound large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined：1磅大的生虾，去皮和去肠
1/4 cup lemon juice：1/4杯柠檬汁
1 teaspoon lemon zest, optional：1茶匙柠檬皮，可选
Fresh basil, chopped for serving：切碎的新鲜罗勒
kosher salt：粗盐

How to make it:
Step 1
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook angel hair until al dente, about 3 minutes. Drain.

Step 2
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and shallot and cook until soft and fragrant, 3 minutes.

Step 3
Add shrimp and cook until pink, 2 minutes per side. Add lemon juice and zest and stir until combined, then add cooked angel hair to skillet and toss until fully combined.

Step 4
Garnish with basil and serve immediately.
