相信很多外贸人也都会抓住这个机会来给客户发祝福邮件、送礼物，因为圣诞节可是一个“撩”客户的大好时机，让你有机会催促迟迟不下单的客户下单，激活一直不回复的客户回复，拉近与新老客户之间的关系，把握客户来年的采购计划等等。

正确的认识圣诞节
圣诞节(Christmas)又称耶诞节，耶稣诞辰，译名为“基督弥撒”，西方传统节日，在每年12月25日。弥撒是教会的一种礼拜仪式，圣诞节是一个宗教节，因为把它当作耶稣的诞辰来庆祝，故名“耶诞节”。

圣诞节要给客户送礼物吗？
圣诞节对于一些外国客户既然有着重要的意义，那么趁着这个时机给客户送礼就很容易给对方留下良好的印象，获得客户的好感。
送礼看似简单，实则要费不少心思。你需要根据以往在和外国客户来往的过程中对其兴趣爱好、生活习惯的了解来投其所好，不要用自己的想法代替对方的想法。
其实，不管是圣诞节还是什么节日，送礼都没有统一的标准，关键还是看对方是否感兴趣是否喜欢，这就非常考验你对客户的了解程度了。
另外就算不是圣诞节，在商务合作中为了维护客户关系，给客户送一些礼物在所难免。但是由于国家不同，民族不同，文化不同，所以不要把中华民族的礼仪观念强加与国外客户身上，同时要知道一些外国人的送礼习惯，比如：美国人送礼，有两种讲究，或是实用的，或是象征性的。日本人送礼，一次不能送4样或9样东西，因为在日文中，“4”字与“死”谐音，而“9”字则与“苦”字谐音。德国人送礼不兴厚礼，一瓶香水、一条领带、一张贺卡都是很好的礼物。而法国人祟尚艺术，因此礼品最好多带有一些艺术性，如有特色的仿古礼品，他们就会很喜欢。但是初次交往时，法国人不喜欢送礼。
等等...总结起来，送礼是个有挑战性的活，送的好事半功倍，送的不好辛苦白费。
如果是要年年送的，那绝对挑战眼光和智力，简单扼要的说说给国外客户送礼物要注意哪些事项：
- 要有中国特色，如果客户家门口随处都可买到，那这体验感不如不送。
- 不宜太贵，礼轻情意重，送的太贵要肉痛，客户收了反而尴尬。
- 不宜太大，礼物太大快递运费贵不说，还不好包装。
- 不宜太重，还是运费太贵，而且运输麻烦。
- 不宜太脆，包装不好包，运输中容易破损。
说白了就是既要实惠，又要轻便，还要有特色。客户收到了看着挺开心，又不觉得烫手，留一个好印象。
大多数外国朋友对我国的文化比较感兴趣，可以挑选一些能够代表中国传统文化特色的东西，如丝绸、刺绣、折扇及传统工艺品等送给他们。如果对方对中国京剧感兴趣，还可以选择精致的京剧脸谱相送，会让他们觉得既新鲜又充满魅力。
“投其所好”是赠送礼品最基本的原则。
如果不了解对方喜好，稳妥的办法是选择具有民族特色的工艺品。中国人司空见惯的风筝、二胡、笛子、剪纸、筷子、图章、脸谱、书画、茶叶，一旦到了外国友人的手里，往往会备受青睐，身价倍增。
总之没有最好的礼物，只有最契合的，最适合的。另外不要本末倒置，小礼物的赠送只是一个小手段，更重要的还是平时做好专业细致的服务。
最后，不是所有的客户都要赠送礼物，自己学会选择取舍。另外无论你给客户送什么礼物，或者什么时候送礼物，最好在礼物上留下自己的名字或者Logo，这样能给客户留下更深的印象。因为送礼不是我们的目的，我们的目的是让客户记住你，拉近彼此的关系，另外礼物寄出去后及时发送邮件告诉客户。

对于质量一般的客户，或者说是手里积累的大量潜在客户资源，我们可以送上一份电子贺卡，但是我的建议是不要随便找个模版图片就给发过去了，贺卡里面的内容一定要是我们自己的，因为我们的目的不是为了祝福而祝福，而是通过祝福让客户记起你，记住你，这些点滴都是为了持续的客户开发跟进做铺垫。
电子贺卡在12月24日的平安夜就可以发给客户了，但是一定要注意与客户所在国家地区的时差问题。
切记，祝福也好，电子贺卡也好，以不要打扰到客户的方式为宜，最好是电子邮件，如果是通过即时通讯发送，只要发一条就可以了。同样要注意时差问题，同时切忌不要闲聊，节日本来就是休息的，这个时候打扰客户他表面不说大部分心里都不会乐意。

话术：由于仓库已满，如果因不及时出货导致包装挤压损坏，我司对此是不赔偿的。
