我刚才去看了生态环境部的英文，是the Ministry of Ecology and Environment. 如果大家去词典上查询一下的话，就会发现词典上在表示这个语境的“环境”意思时，都会使用the environment. 有些词典会特别标注，在表示“the natural world, as a whole or in a particular geographical area, especially as affected by human activity”这个意思的时候，前面应加the.
为了验证一下我的观点，我用ministry of the environment和department of the environment去搜索了一下，发现美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、新西兰、新加坡等这些以英语为母语的国家，基本上都是采用the environment。
不知道生态环境部以后会不会把这个英文改过来。
