酱汁原料:
- 辣椒粉···············2勺
- 蒜泥··················2勺
- 白芝麻···············1勺
- 葱花碎···············1勺
- 生抽··················1勺
- 陈醋··················2勺
- 食盐··················0.5勺
- 白糖··················1勺
- 食用油···············2.5勺
- 花椒油···············0.3勺(或者花椒粒十来颗)
步骤简化:
调料搅搅—泼热油—调料搅搅—加水饺
详细步骤:
拿出一个空碗,加两勺辣椒粉,不吃辣的可以减半,但颜色就不会那么红艳艳了。
然后是两勺剁碎碎的蒜蓉,有条件的建议用蒜捣子捣碎,会更出味儿~
