配对样本T检验
配对样本T检验用于检验两个相关样本是否来自相同均值的正态总体，即推断两个总体的均值是否存在显著差异。
步骤一：选择菜单 “选择→比较均值→成对样本T检验”，打开“成对样本T检验”对话框；
步骤二：同时选中“训练前”及“训练后”字段，将其加入“配对变量“列表框；
步骤三：打开“选项”对话框，指定置信水平95%和缺失值按具体分析排除个案
Step1: Select the menu "Select→Compare Means→Paired Sample T Test" to open the "Paired Sample T Test" dialog box;
Step2: Select the "before training" and "after training" fields at the same time, and add them to the "pairing variables" list box;
Step3: Open the "Options" dialog box, specify 95% confidence level and missing values to exclude cases based on specific analysis
