痛风和尿酸的升高有着密切的联系,而嘌呤的代谢会产生尿酸。肉类食物中含有比较高的嘌呤,所以患有痛风的患者往往被告知要少吃肉。而骨头汤中也含有一定量的嘌呤,所以骨汤也常被当做痛风患者的禁忌。
