自律即是自我控制,是完全由内而外的行为。但是,往往我们喜欢操控着身边所有,却忽视了最容易的自己,造成许多懊恼~自己可以从以下几点着手:
1 懂得取舍
我们的体能和脑力都是有限的,时间更是有限,懂得舍弃一些东西,才能够接受新的知识,遇到事情不要总是和自己过不去,小时候对知识的执着是好事,到了一定年龄,基于对自身的了解,懂得舍弃不必要的事物,才是对自己最大的尊重~
2 合理化目标
有时候,不是没有自律,而是没有认清自己,人的自律不是一蹴而就的,过高的目标,会使人心累,看不到回馈,反而达不到坚持的效果,所以要合理化自己的目标,一步步提升。
3 处理情绪
认识贪婪的,而自制力一般会使人产生复杂情绪,此时,分散注意力,做一些力所能及的事,等心情放松,再继续,久而久之,复杂情绪便会消失。
4 自我馈赠
哲学家说过,人的努力是需要正向的回馈的,在经过一段时间的自律之后,就要对自己的行为作出奖励,让自己感受到付出的回报,也让自己明白只有自律才能够获得更多的成功。
