3️⃣待辣椒表皮出现些微枯黄,开始少量多次沿着铁锅四周淋入食用油,继续中小火煎青椒;
4️⃣撒入适量食盐,翻动辣椒,混合均匀,继续慢煎;
5️⃣待辣椒大面积变软后,加入大蒜沫、几滴酱油、食醋,待全部煎软后关火出锅即可;
