Chapter 1 Down the rabbit-hole
第1章:掉进兔子洞(1)
Alice was beginning to get very bored.
爱丽丝开始感到很无聊。
She and her sister were sitting under the trees.
她和她的妹妹坐在树下。
Her sister was reading, but Alice had nothing to do.
她的妹妹在读书，但是爱丽丝无事可做。
Once or twice, she looked into her sister's book, but it had no pictures in it.
有一两次，她看向妹妹的书，但是在书里面没有图片。
And(仅仅表示连接上文，没有意思) what is the use of a book, thought Alice, without picture?
爱丽丝想，没有图片的书有什么用呢？(反问句，意思是没啥用)
She tried to think of something to do, but it was a hot day and she felt very sleepy and stupid.
她试着思考一些事情去做，但是天气太热了，她感到困倦和神思恍惚。
She was still sitting and thinking (when suddenly a White Rabbit with pink eyes ran past her.)时间状语从句
她还坐着思考时，(突然一只粉色眼睛的白色兔子从她身边跑过去)。
There was nothing really strange about seeing a rabbit.
看到一只兔子没什么奇怪的。
And Alice was not very surprised (when the Rabbit said, Oh dear! Oh dear! I shall be late!)时间状语从句
爱丽丝一点儿也没有惊讶，(当兔子说：“哦亲爱的！我要迟到了！”的时候)
(Perhaps it was a little strange, Alice thought later, but at the time she was not surprised.)
（也许这有一点儿奇怪，但爱丽丝后来想，在那时她并没有感到惊讶。）
But(和and一样连接上文) then the Rabbit took a watch out of its pocket, looked at it, and hurried on.(匆忙继续当前的事情)
然后兔子从它的口袋拿出一只表，看了看，匆匆向前跑了。
At once Alice jumped to her feet.
爱丽丝立刻跳了起来。
I've never before seen a rabbit with either a pocket, or a watch to take out of it, she thought. (either…or…,或者，二选一，要么…要么)
她想，我从来没有看到过一只有口袋的兔子，或者从口袋拿出手表的兔子。
And she ran quickly across the field after the Rabbit.
她飞快地穿过田野跟在兔子后面。
She did not stop to think, and (when the Rabbit ran down a large rabbit-hole时间状语从句), Alice followed it immediately.立刻
她没有停下来思考，(当兔子跑进一个大的兔子洞时)，爱丽丝立刻跟着它。
