多囊卵巢的干预机制就比较复杂，主要依靠改善胰岛素抵抗和减重手段来改善多囊卵，也是由于临床效果好，已被列入一线治疗策略。

指南里已经强调了生酮饮食治疗需要多学科联合监测，所以自己在家生酮的想法是很危险的啊。
